Returns, exchanges and defective products

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

For defective products, please send us a photo via email or chat. After confirming, we will promptly ship a replacement product.

Returns and exchanges: Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

Return and exchange shipping fees, handling charges, and damages

This occurs when you return or exchange a product for your own reasons.

  • Shipping cost (actual cost)
  • Administrative fee (5% of the payment amount including shipping)
  • Package fee (actual cost)
  • Payment fee (actual cost) or transfer fee (actual cost)

Any such charges will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective, we will cover all costs.

In addition, if delivery is impossible due to a customer's long absence and the storage period at the transportation company's office has expired,

  • Administrative fee (5% of the payment amount including shipping)
  • Package fee (actual cost)
  • Payment fee (actual cost) or bank transfer fee (actual cost)
Any such charges will be borne by the customer.
