Returns, exchanges and defective products

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

If you have a defective product, please send us a photo via email or chat. After confirming the details, we will promptly ship you a replacement.

Return/exchange deadline: Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

Regarding shipping fees, handling charges, and damage charges for returns and exchanges

This applies when you return or exchange a product for your own reasons.

  • Shipping fee (actual cost)
  • Administrative fee (10% of the payment amount including shipping)
  • Package fee: ¥550 (tax included)
  • Payment fee (actual cost) or bank transfer fee (actual cost)

The costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product is defective, we will cover all costs.

In addition, if delivery is not possible due to the customer's long absence and the storage period at the delivery company's office has expired,

  • Shipping fee (actual cost)
  • Administrative fee (5% of the payment amount including shipping)
  • Package fee: ¥550 (tax included)
  • Payment fee (actual cost) or bank transfer fee (actual cost)

The costs will be borne by the customer.
