Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Regarding Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs due to customer reasons, any settlement fees incurred after payment confirmation will be borne by the customer.
Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.
For defective products, please send photos via email or chat. After confirmation, we will promptly ship a replacement.
Return/Exchange period: Please contact us within 8 days from the product arrival date.
Regarding Shipping Fees, Handling Fees, and Damage Fees for Returns/Exchanges
The following will be incurred for returns or exchanges due to customer convenience:
- Shipping fee (actual cost)
- Administrative fee (10% of the settlement amount including shipping fee)
- Package damage fee ¥550 (tax included)
- Settlement fee (actual cost) or bank transfer fee (actual cost)
These will be borne by the customer.
In the case of defective products, we will bear all costs.
Furthermore, if delivery is impossible due to the customer's prolonged absence and the storage period at the shipping company's office has expired, the following will apply:
- Shipping fee (actual cost)
- Administrative fee (5% of the settlement amount including shipping fee)
- Package damage fee ¥550 (tax included)
- Settlement fee (actual cost), or bank transfer fee (actual cost)
These will be borne by the customer.
