BINDING FREEDOM

BINDING FREEDOM is a stainless steel threaded insert system developed by SVST (Sun Valley Ski Tools) in Boise, Idaho, for mounting ski bindings. Unlike helicoils used for thread repair, these are completely sealed to prevent water and moisture from penetrating the ski core. The inserts feature a slotted design, allowing for rapid installation using dedicated tools. BINDING FREEDOM screws utilize a Pozidriv #3 head. With the necessary tools, installation can be performed as a DIY project, and if you are remounting the same binding, you can reuse the existing screw holes.

The applications for BINDING FREEDOM are limited only by your imagination. You can swap one pair of bindings between multiple skis to suit the season and conditions, increase the number of skis you take on trips, switch between alpine, tech, or telemark bindings on a single pair of skis, or change your binding mount position for groomed runs, the park, or powder. BINDING FREEDOM is designed to infinitely liberate the complex world of ski binding mounting.

Kits for the main bindings on the market will be uploaded soon. We already have a general understanding of the required number of inserts, screw head types, and lengths, and can accommodate almost all bindings. If you have a binding not listed, please let us know the dimensions of the original screws via our contact form, and we will get back to you with the compatible screws and quantities.
