When drilling holes with the BINDING FREEDOM Insert Installation Drill and cutting the screw grooves with the BINDING FREEDOM Insert Installation Tap , the material of the top sheet at the upper edge of the hole inevitably bulges, which causes an unevenness when you try to attach a binding on top of it.

This is a specialized chamfer cutter that cuts away burrs while protecting the thread groove. It is recommended for manual use, but can also be used with a hand drill or bench drill.
