International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and manufacturer distribution restrictions.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

International orders may be shipped by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), International Air Packet, Yamato International TA-Q-BIN / UPS, or other available carriers.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather and other circumstances may result in delays.

Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, VAT and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where required by the destination country or shipping service, duties and taxes may be prepaid by Alpine Logic and charged to the customer before shipment. In all other cases, any duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other information required for international delivery.
