Shipping fees vary depending on the product and shipping origin. For details, please check the "Shipping Fees" section on each product page.

Shipping is free for purchases of ¥20,000 or more (tax included). (Some products excluded)

International Shipping and Rates

Some products cannot be ordered due to area licensing agreements with manufacturers.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For the best estimate on shipping rates we recommend to add the products that are wanted to your cart and go through the checkout process. Before the payment section, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Attention International Orders : Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) or Yamato International TA-Q-BIN (UPS) can take up to 15 days to deliver and both services provide tracking numbers and insurance to all orders.

Certain international Countries will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes (ie, VAT). These costs will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. You may be charged these additional costs upon delivery.
