If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

If you have a defective product, please send us a photo via email or chat. After confirming the product, we will promptly ship you the same product or a replacement.

When returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (actual cost), handling fees (5% of the settlement amount including shipping costs), packaging damage fees (actual cost), settlement fees (actual cost), or bank transfer fees (actual cost).

If the product is defective, we will cover the cost.

Furthermore, if delivery is impossible due to the customer's prolonged absence and the storage period at the delivery company's office has expired, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee (actual cost), administrative fee (5% of the payment amount including shipping), packaging damage fee (actual cost), payment fee (actual cost), or bank transfer fee (actual cost).
