LOCTITE Epoxy

LOCTITE Epoxy is a two-part epoxy adhesive with strong adhesive power, weather resistance, and heat resistance. The special nozzle at the tip makes it easy to use and does not require mixing.

The 4ml bottle can be used up completely, while the 14ml bottle can be stored after use. Even after you've used up the two included nozzles, you can reuse it with the Quick Mix Nozzle (sold separately).

Used to attach the BINDING FREEDOM Threaded Insert to the ski.

Product Features

• Can be used on metal, glass, ceramics, hard plastic, wood, concrete, mortar, tiles, blocks, etc.
  

• Cannot be used on polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone resin, fluororesin, nylon, soft vinyl, or rubber.
  

• No measuring required, easy application (1:1 mix ratio without nozzle)
  

• Water-resistant, heat-resistant (-10 to 120°C), and weather-resistant, making it suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.
  

• Small shrinkage after curing, allowing for filling and bonding
  

• Fast-curing type that begins to harden in 3 minutes, develops strength in 15 minutes, and reaches final strength in approximately 24 hours *At room temperature of 23°C

How to use

Remove any dust, dirt or oil from the surface to be bonded and allow it to dry thoroughly.

1. With the tip of the syringe facing up, pull back the black pusher slightly to move any air inside the syringe towards the tip.

2. Bend and break the pin on the tip of the syringe and then remove the pin.

3. Press the mixing nozzle onto the protrusion at the end of the syringe, rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise, and attach it firmly to the syringe.

4. Press the black plunger and dispense the required amount onto the adhesive surface or onto a polypropylene surface such as a clear file folder to use as a palette.

5. Remove the mixing nozzle and pull back the black plunger slightly.

6. Wipe the nozzle of the syringe clean with a cloth and then attach the dedicated cap securely.
