In most cases, ski touring crampons/crampons are only used when climbing, but they are heavy and bulky in backpacks.This case splits them into two front halves to halve the weight and size, and securely fastens them in place with tech/TLT pins and rubber dampers.

What are the best crampons? They are the ones that allow you to climb safely and are easy to carry.

Kea Crampon Features

• Unlike aluminum, it uses high-strength stainless steel
• Secure fixation with Tech/TLT pins
• Size adjustment with rubber damper, fits all ski touring boots (not compatible with NTN Telemark boots with tech inserts)
• The screw on one side can be easily attached and detached even in harsh conditions using the included carabiner tool.
• A stopper cut into the groove of one side of the screw to prevent it from falling off (the screw is designed not to come off)
• The crampons and carabiner tool are connected with a leash (a stopper) to prevent accidental loss.
• Unlike full crampons, they can be quickly put on and taken off while standing.
