JigaRex™ 2.0
JigaRex™ 2.0
JigaRex™ 2.0 is a revolutionary ski binding mount gauge/jig.
It has been updated to 2.0 to reflect user feedback, improve durability, minimize the possibility of user error, and enable even more seamless and easy operation.
We mount bindings on skis of all shapes and sizes, from bindings, skis, and boots to alpine, touring, and telemark bindings.
It uses interchangeable mounting plates, so it is compatible with most bindings currently on the market. This unique feature ensures continued support even if the binding's hole pattern changes in the future. No more expensive and space-consuming new gauges/jigs every time your hole pattern changes.
The metal body and plate will withstand heavy use, whether you're a pro shop or someone who frequently installs a friend's bindings.
It can be mounted on super thin skis from 60mm to thick powder boards up to 185mm and is easily adjustable to accommodate most boot sizes.
JigaRex™ 2.0 is sold as a unit only; the plate is sold separately.

- Turn your binding and JigaRex™ Mounting Plate upside down and make sure the holes are in the correct position.
- Carefully check that the vertical center of the ski is aligned with the center of the JigaRex™, that the sole size of the boot matches, and that you can accurately drill holes in the same position using a template such as a paper gauge. please. Another method is to insert a pencil or pen into the hole in the plate and mark it to check the drill center.
- The hole diameter of the plate is 8.00mm. When drilling holes in the board, always use a standard ski drill bit with a 7.95mm diameter stopper. You can purchase drill bits here .
