SKEATS™ Claws Alpine Logic Custom Black is a limited edition of SKEATS™ Claws designed by Alpine Logic.

 

SKEATS™ Claws are the most aggressive skin cleats, combining skin cleats and minimalist crampons. Longer front points bite into the snow, and even longer side points are combined to improve skin and edge traction.

Claws are recommended for climbing powder snow, traversing large slopes, and for use with fat skis and splitboards.

Notes on using SKEATS™ Claws

  • Be sure to attach it from above the sticker.
  • The correct mounting position is directly behind the toe binding.
  • Tighten the band tightly.
  • Either cut off the excess strap or tuck it between the top sheet and the strap.
  • VOILE Do not use straps other than aluminum buckles. If you use a nylon buckle strap from VOILE or another company, it may break and cause loss or injury.
  • When installed, the logo on one side will be upside down.
  • The front-to-back orientation of Claws is with the claw facing forward.
  • When storing it in your backpack or pocket, be careful not to damage surrounding items.
  • After use, wipe off the water and store it in a place out of sunlight.
  • Although the method of climbing and descending by attaching them directly to the boots is not recommended by the manufacturer, it is a method for survival. In that case, please use at your own risk.
