CODE, a freeride boot from LANGE to be released in the 2026/27 season, combines downhill performance and walking performance at a higher level.
Its compatibility with CAST (Look Pivot) bindings, which we handle, is also a perfect match as they are from the same GROUP ROSSIGNOL.

- Comparison with LANGE XT3 until 2025/26 -
The feeling of wearing the sample is completely different. The shell feels closer to an alpine boot, and improved maneuverability can be expected. Despite feeling rigid, the flex feels slightly softer than the number suggests. The newly developed CODE CUSTOM liner is also excellent, improved to provide a better fit. This boot could become the benchmark for freeriders who prioritize skiing performance.
- Difference between LV (Low Volume) and MV (Medium Volume) -

The main difference is the last (width). LV is 97mm and MV is 100mm. The BOA® Fit System introduced in CODE, unlike tightening with four buckles as before, means that even those who previously chose wider sizes to avoid foot pain may find a better fit by adjusting to LV, unless they have exceptionally wide feet.
*Only LV is available for 140 and 110.
- Regarding Size Selection -
If you have worn LANGE boots in the past and felt they were a bit too large, we recommend using a shell size one size down. If the size is not suitable, Alpine Logic will accommodate size exchanges, provided we have stock, with the customer bearing the actual round-trip shipping costs.
